I am glad to hear you are doing better with medication.
Having therapy isn't about the psychologist TELLING you what to do, it's not like a Doctor/ patient relationship but more one of working together on issues. You can talk about what ever you need to talk about, your feelings and fears and ways of coping. Why don't you give it a try and see if you like it?
