I'm so glad you're feeling better!!! That's GREAT news!!!

I do agree with pegasus though, therapists aren't the same as doctors -- they don't tell you what to do because they know best, they help you figure out what's going on with you now. Your doctor might have suggested therapy because of your recurrent depression -- there might be an underlying psychological/emotional issue that has been left unresolved that triggers a depressive episode, and if that's the case, to prevent you from going back to feeling low, it might be a good idea to work on straightening it out.

Personally, therapy is the best thing I ever did for myself.
