AAAA was right when stating that words can hurt like a fist. I'm sorry you got scarred.

I grew up learning to keep my trap shut for fear of reprisals. I had no mouth. No opinion allowed. 10 years ago I started to stutter at the age of 37. Now people finish my sentences off. Or tell others how I am feeling as if I am invisible. One person asked me if it was hard to speak as it was really hard for them to hear. Grrrrr.

I'm so glad you are here at PC and helping to provide a safe environment for healing. Even to just say what we think...... and actually be heard.
