I told my mom about it tonight and she asked me at supper tonight how it felt when I was eating so now I'm sorry I mentioned it to her.

Hi Jan,
I keep forgeting that eating disorders are a category of OCD , usually around the fear of gaing weight .
or in a nut shell .. fear of fat in all forms. on the body and in food.
It sounds to me like you have a good plan to divert the repetitive thoughts that intrude.
When I get overwhelmed I get song jingles pop into my head.
I have a freind who has OCD his fears are a bit different , fears none the less.
Another worry now eh . having told your mom . Someone else to be watching and worrying.
I hope that gives you a giggle..
I was diagnose with OCD and PSTD.
I think mY first T was the most acurate.
Just missed the ADD.
I get caught up in my fears.
Thanks for the reminder.
I like your avatar. I'm fond of the faces of panseys. They are so cheerful and brilliant right now.
