Can you guess what I am thinking about doing? I feel like I just have to do something. Maybe it will pass. Don't know.

I agree with butterfly, it didn't solve any problems last time you did it, and it won't solve any problems this time if you do it. Stay strong, do something productive (exercise, for example) until the urge passes.
