I thought I was clean of the sleeping pills addiction. I have not taken them as before, I use to take a lot. But at night I used them ...during these past days I try to quit using my night pills I couldn't sleep for tow days. after this I have urges to take them back, but I star again using the ones used at night but I am using more than usual and much less that when hook on them.

This means I step back?

Do what you can, genn, and then a little more. At some point, you most decide you are going to quit. Get your sleep hygiene in order and give it a shot.

Good luck.

Yeah, try to get your sleep schedule organized and then it might be easier to give up the night meds.
