Since I've been taking amino acid supplements and multi-vitamins, I've found that the sensation from consuming alcohol has become rather unpleasant. Has anyone experienced this? I still find myself consuming three or four shots of alcohol every so often, but don't find it pleasurable. The consumption has been reduced significantly. I am glad for that. I am certain my liver is, too.

Now I must work on keeping away from it completely. It is getting easier to do as time goes by, thank goodness.

I hope you are all managing to keep this problem under control. I feel much better since I've taken steps to reduce intake. Now that the head is a bit clearer, I can work on other improvements.

Take care, everyone.

First I must say I am so proud of you for reducing your intake of alcohol. That's a major accomplishment. Secondly, as you said, it's a good thing drinking isn't pleasurable for you anymore. Think about that before you drink and remember how it doesn't solve anything or make you feel any better. Maybe that'll help you quit completely. Best of wishes to you.
