I am addicted to cigarettes, chewing tobacco, beer, video games, the TV show house (really, if I don't watch it before bed I can't sleep), cheese and crackers before bed, diet pills, and tylenol (psychological, I know).
I've not been in a CD group before and haven't persued help, but are there treatments for general addictive personalities?

Perhaps your T when you start with him/her can express an opinion where to focus the therapy (I've not started with a T yet myself). Heartfelt good wishes for it.

Don't feel bad ~ I could get addicted to lint if I wasn't careful.
![]() It probably would be a good idea if you saw an addiction therapist. They're equipped to deal with all kinds of addictions. Best of luck and please let us know how you're doing from time to time, ok?? We really do care. ![]() |
