If I shake, my hands shake and I'm jittery if I don't get a sugary food right then, at the moment I need it...
does that mean I could be addicted to sugary foods? btw, I've always ate badly but, idk...I found that interesting. soemtimes I feel like I HAVE to have certain foods, my body is telling me...
