there is a solution, darla. u've admitted the prob. next step, overcoming the obstacle. many of us "got sick and tired of being/feeling sick and tired."
you can overcome your suffering by choosing the other option and not giving up. know you're struggling but keep venting by posting until you're ready to change. i believe you can do this.

Hi Darla,
I understand exactly how u r feeling because i've been there. But there is a light at the other end of the tunnel. U can overcome this obstacle. u took the first step in admitting u have a problem. That's a huge step. Best of luck to u.

Get the help you need Darla. You CAN'T do this alone. Call AA. Someone will help. Go to a meeting. Tell them it's your first AA meeting and hopefully they'll have a first step meeting - that's where they tell YOU their stories. And I'll bet when they do, you'll think they are telling you YOUR story because we've all been thru it.

There IS help out there if you'll just accept it! God bless. Hugs, Lee
