Congratulations on the three months. I hope you have some IRL support to help you on your sobriety journey - I know IRL support is really important to me.
Keep going, one day at a time. --splitimage |

hi jimbo, i'm glad you have taken the "high" sober road. congrats on your 90 days. if you have major issues would you consider seeing a therapist? i found doing so also helped me stay sober-21 yrs. now. i also attend a 12 step program of recovery. i never want to feel that way again-numb, hopeless , helpless, out of control of my life.
i wish you the best. know we are here for you. ![]()

Very good jimbobconfused. Madisgram is right, a therapist can help you keep grounded. Keep going to meetings as much as you need them. There are some very nice people there, better than the ones that just shared misery into oblivian.
My husband has been sober for 21 years. He did it one day at a time, still does. But he is so glad he kept going and he still goes to meetings whenever he gets a chance, but has a regular monday night meeting every week. Good for you, you can do it, one day at a time. Open Eyes |
