I started a new social group called Recovery Group. I hope that anyone who is working a program of recovery will join me there. Recovery is hard as it is. For those of us that have mental illness it is even harder. I hope this can be a place to share experience, strength, and hope. As well as a place to get support. Hope to see you there!
Together we can do this

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
