After about a year of being on Bupromorphine and more than a year of being on Benzodiazipams (Valium and Nitrazipan), I am finnaly clear.

I have worked very hard to get to this place, it was hell and it hurt lots. Thank you PC for helping me get here. My doc's are impressed, also my T's and 'I' am impressed in what I have achived.

De - Tox is a rollercoaster to go through, the amount of pain one has to endure is wild. If anyone reads this and goes through a de - tox when in pain get in a hot bath, this relives the pain for a while.
I had no sleep for about 2 weeks (or I had dicey sleep for 2 weeks), last night I slept for the longest time in 2 weeks - just under 15 hours, sleep with no pills is good for me.

ty pc I made it..

P.S also I am having cool/wild dreams and feel much more focused.

Sanada, can't believe I'm just now coming across this post. Wow. This is fabulous--I am so relieved for you! I remember detox too well to be able to say with any true cheer that I am happy for you. "Happy" will come later.

Now I am very proud.

I'm currently taking prescribed benzo's so I guess I'm the weirdo here, although I've withdrawn more than once.

Just wanted to say congrats to you. Benzo withdrawal really is a battle. Really hard on the mind to say the least.

If this is the path you would like to take then keep on keepin on. Stay strong and this will be a huge self transformation to look back on. Seriously, awesome job.
