This is the most time I've had in a yr. and a half so I am so happy : ) Been trying this thing for awhile, trying to change my thoughts and behaviors and take every suggestion I'm given to GET IT this time!!!!! I will make it STICK one day at a time. Life is good. I love sobriety. Hope everyone is doing well, Berly

You're doing GREAT!!
