I'm sitting holding the same ciggarette for an hour now wanting to just light it up. I can't help myself I need It so badly! An hour is probably the longest ill be able to hold off

You're not going to try the patches? Some say they work great! They go down in steps too so you "wean" off the nicotine.
How about chewing gum? That might help. Take a brisk walk -- that helps the cravings alot. Hopefully someone else will chime in with some more sugggestions. I hope so. Best of luck and keep HOLDING that cigarette! DON'T SMOKE. Hugs, Lee |

That's what I was doing I had to smoke it it felt great but I feel so guilty after

If you are not legal age to smoke; I'd change the other behaviors, any lying or stealing or taking stolen goods I was doing to get them.
