ok - so technically your sponsor is supposed to do it for you, but I know damn well, she'll never remember, (single mom - 5 kids, in school) and my one year is coming up. It's March 4. So I ordered it on-line today. I'm really excited & I know I'll make it to then. It's only taken me since 2009 to get one year.

ONE YEAR???? That's wonderful, Splitimage!! It's a darn shame you have to order yours. My home group keeps a big stock of them so that whenever someone has a 'birthday" they get their medallion right then! From 6 months up to whenever! That's a shame YOU have to order it.
 But the BIG issue is your BIRTHDAY!!! I'm so proud of you! You did it! And even tho it was work, was it as bad as you thought it was going to be? Anyway -- go to a meeting that day if you can, and make sure you hold up your hand when they ask "who has an anniversary today!" Getting a little recognition feels GOOD and you deserve it.
