I've been trying to not "pop" pills to give me courage. I feel like when I take "alot" of firocet or fironal, it gives me the courage to socialize more. My family is worried about me. They think I have an addiction. I don't know if I do or not. I can take it or leave it, but I feel braver when I take the pills. When someone invites me to a social gathering, or if I know that I am going to be around others, I start planning on how and when to purchase these pills. Does anyone else feel this way?

YES..... in a way I guess many of us with panic / anxiety attacks might tend to take an extra pill when and if we are going to be around other people, or need to be out in public.

I personally take VALERIAN ROOT (a natural herb) to help calm my nerves when I have to go out.
