I'm thinking of staggering in some t-breaks, maybe going to start with one for a few days. Not sure if anyone else has ever tried this...

Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back

It's slang for a tolerance break, essentially just period of sobriety you might want to work in. I'm thinking of taking a break from some habits.

hmmmm never heard of it. I am assuming we are talking about alcohol, street drug, or behavioral addictions? I know habits serve a purpose for us often protective but i guess i am not familiar with this theory.

Pot smokers typically refer to their breaks as t-breaks, but I suppose you could extend it to any substance or habit. The idea being, once you have built up a tolerance and cant get high anymore, it's time to take a break.
