Ok, so I don't have an exact date, but from what I remember, the last I smoked was mid to late May at the latest 2013, So I may be a few days off, but basically, it's been about a year since I've smoked weed. I'm so proud of myself. My lung capacity is improving, as a result of working on fixing my problem of shallow breathing- which of course being smoke free helps my objective.

Congratulations on your year clean! I, too, don't remember my exact clean & sober date, but I know the time of year when I stopped. Life has improved since I stopped using.

good for you...It's been many years for me, except when my daughter visited, just briefly, but I certainly got in touch with the writer in me! After researching the effects of THC on brain cells, I really decided to quit, although I was never addicted actually.
