The girl I love is a heroin addict. She has been for quite a while, way before we met but it wasn't as bad back then. Now she's really starting to take quitting seriously, I think. She's agreed to go to NA-meetings with me and she was clean for 12 days before she relapsed... she's planning to try again when she's out of it. But her dealer just wont let her go. I doubt it's a coinsidence that during the past couple of weeks, except for him constantly texting and looking for her, his FRIENDS have been threatening her for money, and when she gives it to them they'll convince her to accept h in return. Saying no is so hard for someone in her position. She did ONCE and I'm so proud of her for that but... yeah. Last week, before she relapsed with h she got REALLY drunk and was basically just throwing up and crying in front of me. I kept her hair out of her face and held her and then followed her all the way home (she's 18 and still lives with her parents, they don't know about any of this though). During the time when she was crying she kept telling me how much of a bad person she was and how she felt there was no way out of this, since people from her past are still contacting and threatening her (the first one did so the day before). I told her we were gonna get out of this town as soon as possible and I could hear her voice shaking as she said "Not without you..." and when I assured her I was coming with her she just kept telling me how sorry she was for being a bad person, accepting money from me when she was ready to prostitute for h etc. I'm taking her away as soon as I get out of the institution I'm currently living at (I have some pretty serious mental health issues aswell) but that'll be a year from now or so. I'm so scared she's not gonna make it untill then. As she said when she was drunk "Stockholm is a beautiful city... but I'm not in the beautiful part of Stockholm. I'm in the part no one wants to see". What can we do in this situation? I love her so much. I could never live without her. Please help us.

Tell her parents what is going on. They will likely be upset , but they can get her help.

Do you have anyone you can tell in your institution that could help her?

Don't they have drug treatment clinics in Stockholm? I heard they had good drug treatment there. There is no reason she would have to tell on her dealer. Just get herself help and stay away from the people and places she used to know and go.
