It's a stimulant so probably so if you took enough each day. It Is for sleep disorder for people who just can't stay awake in the day. Or ADHD. If used for that I don't think you could stay up for days.

provigil is not very strong--I don't think too many people could get enough of it in them to stay up for days on end--unless you are bipolar and happen to hit it in a manic phase...then, although the provigil might trigger the mania, its the mania keeping you up not the provigil...
