I have been smoke free for almost 24 hours. I have a long way to go, but I've taken the first step. I sit here with 2 packs of gum, 3 rubber bands on my wrist and a glass pebble that I can play with when I'm fidgety, which happens a lot. I'm going to do this. But I also have trouble with

24 hours is excellent. Small baby steps. The first few days are so the hardest.

24 hour Shift= a major success! I SI, too, so I get the feeling. Just keep doing your best!
