Possible trigger:

I'm so down and want to use and I don't know where else to turn except to addiction... what else can I turn too.

"You need involvement" is what Lucy from Charlie Brown Christmas says.

Not a joke though, get yourself involved in something. Volunteer, paint, learn an instrument, Just keep busy. I'm know its a constant battle so keeping busy helps.

Sometimes I'll just go straight to bed. Its easy for me to fall asleep, I may stay awake for a little, but I get to sleep eventually.

Sorry for the lameness, but its what I do. I hope you find a way to fight it!

Um, don't use. Relapse stinks. Find a 24 hour diner and go eat.

Prior injury in one, and over compensation and overuse due to job and coping skills.
