just wanted to know..what methods are you using to keep yourself on track?

its getting harder and harder for me to stay away from porn and its only been a week

can you list your steps in detail? any videos/audio link for recovery support?

I found SAA to be the best organization for helping me out of addiction. There is a lot of information on their website.

Learning to take care of the "reasons" this became an addiction in the 1st place.. this is the escape you chose and until the brain learns to "not go there" and find better ways to cope, it will be difficult. Norman Doidge has a really good discussion on this addiction.. he is in my signature area below. Congrats on working on it!
