I was in a bad way yesterday, and was desiring some form of mentally physical adjustment. I noticed that it was a desire for something more that drugs and alcohol can't fill.

I walked down the beer/snack aisle at Walmart, didn't care for the alcohol because I wanted something more divinely like a bag of beef jerky. Scored!

I woke up today and the bad feeling was gone. So far the cravings haven't hit, so we sat around all day watching it rain.
Thanks for this!

I had a very very bad day yesterday. Anxiety. Wanting to get high so bad. Depression. Guess something was in the water, huh?
