Hi all,
Relatively new to this site, so this may have been brought up before - I recently downloaded a book called 'Alcohol Lied to Me', by Craig Beck, which I found really interesting, but also noticed that I'd kinda read it before with Allen Carr's 'Easy Way to Stop Drinking'. Anyway, I like the philosophy behind both books. That said, I got all enthusiastic about an 'online support group' that was mentioned in Craig's book, and purchased via online a 6 month membership to Craig Beck's website - Discover How to Stop Drinking or Cut Down Dramatically Today - only to find there are hardly any posts in the forum, and most are saying 'is anyone here?' Feeling kinda ripped off. But hoping that it's not an actual reflection of the process...anyone else know or have an opinion about Craig Beck? LB
