I went from one extreme (pot) to another (popping pills) what has went wrong I have been clean from pot for over a year and a half... and know I pop pills please help me and give me your insight please

Hello adj92: Well... The Skeezyks doesn't have personal experience with pot or with popping pills. But I do have experience with nervous habits & self-harm. With these, what I have found is that as I would manage to break myself of one habit, I would find something else to take it's place. I think until one addresses the underlying problem that causes one to do things not in one's self-interest, one is just tinkering around the edges, as the saying goes. Perhaps this is what is going on with you?
