I think I'm asking myself this same question tonight. I've fallen off every wagon I was on. This is a job for the professionals at this point. Maybe you're in the same boat?

Do you have a counselor to talk to? You need someone to listen, to see how you can change some things in your life. Can get you connected to where you need to go to make things happen. Someone who can listen to you, how you feel, what you have been through, where you are going. This is important and i highly recommend it. Ask for a counselor through your doctors office.. .blessings and tc

Sry to hear your not doing to good your self. I've always been to scared to ask for help especially any help from professionals.

Been trying to cut down of things but that's not working finding myself using more of other things

Hi. Sorry you are struggling - what are you willing to do differently or change to get better?

I keep telling myself that I want to change and that I'm willing to I'm trying to cut down on stuff but it's not working actually making things worse finding myself doing more of other stuff I'm terrified that if I go talk to a professional and be honest about everything, that they are going to put me away and that my family are going to find out

At some point it will probably get bad enough that you won't worry who finds out and you won't really care what you need to go through. For me, I had to change so much of the fundamentals of how I approach life to ever get off of drugs and alcohol. Good luck in your struggles. Private message me if I can help.
