I hope it's ok to post this here.

My new roommate just moved in and she's a lovely girl, we get on very well. The only thing is, she does cocaine, and I'm trying to stay away from it. We're going out soon and she said she wants to do it together. I told her I'm trying to steer clear of it and she said that's ok, but I know if it's right there I will definitely do it.

The thing is cocaine was causing me problems, including awful anxiety and my heart racing which terrified me. I also felt a dependence forming.

I don't know what to do. How can I stay strong and not take it when half of me says don't do this and the other says go on do it, it'll be great?

This is how I relapsed, by hanging out with people who were doing what was wrecking my life-drugs and alcohol-get as far away from her as you can.
