not even with my "problem" drug alcohol. that one just ends up depressing me anyway. but with something. huge amounts of adderall to feel "up"
or Percocet to feel "euphoric".
I haven't felt this way in a while. feeling desperate for a substance to swallow and make me feel better inside.
((sigh))) my only saving grace is I don't know anybody that sells those things lol. I guess that's a blessing

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

Hang in there jacky. It's not worth it. Just think of the crash - it sux. Also us bipolar people should not be messing with ups and downs, we have that enough already.

A 3 hour Adderall buzz that might trigger 4 months of depression - no thanks.

go for a long walk or jog it will help you feel better about yourself and keep your mind off of the self destructive thoughts.
