I'm 6 days sober, which isn't the hard part, depending on how the day goes, i work 3 12.5 hours at the ER so those days im fine, sundays the hubbys home, so no issue that day. Yesterday not bad for some reason, But today has been rough. When my husband leaves for work I'm alone at home (not really I have a 3.5 year old daughter) and my anxiety goes through the roof.
I didn't used to get drunk during the day, but a sip off the bacardi bottle sure did calm the anxiety quick.
My solution today was a giant bag of tostito chips and jar of salsa+ netflix. I chill with my daughter and get over myself, I have to face this music at some point.

I can get through the day! Main modivation my daughter needs ME (not buzzed, Im weak, boohoo, mom)

Anyways helps to write, even if no one reads it. I hope you guys are having a good day.

congratulations on 6 days sober, the early days are the hardest, or at least they were for me.

Just keep taking it one day at a time.
