I had a really bad morning . everything went wrong . I nearly bought drink but I didn't . I also had cravings about drugs . luckily I don't have any contacts anymore . its not nice though .

It's a horrible feeling when those urges hit. I'm glad you were able to fight it. I hope your day improves. I think there's a big chance that you might have felt even worse tomorrow morning if you'd drank today! Hang in there!

Cravings are horrible. I'm really happy you were able to resist, I'd be proud of that. And celebrate today, waking up without a hangover or worse. I'd treat myself to something small but nice, to celebrate making it through without drinking / using.

Cravings suck! The only good thing about them is the pass. I haven't abused alcohol for decades and every once in a while I wake up and want a beer for breakfast. I ignore it and it goes away. I know if I do indulge I'm gonna feel crappy, and I don't want to that to myself.
