Hi, i’ve Been taking Zopiclone to help me sleep for about 2 years now. I never take a whole pill (7.5 mgs) only 1/3 of a tablet nightly or occasionally 2/3 of a tablet. My GP won’t prescribe them but my cardiologist has no problem prescribing them. However, he doesn’t know that I take them every night. I tried to get off by going cold turkey last summer but didn’t sleep for 3 nights. The problem is they work so well for me, I get a good nights sleep and have no side effects whatsoever. My friends and family complain about their poor quality of sleep all the time and i am so grateful for my sleeping pills as I know what they are going through i’ve Been there! I worry about the damage to my health because of long term use though and was wondering if anyone else takes Zopiclone for sleeping?
