I’m not sure Bizi
 I try to be open and honest, I’ve found too many times people have used my honesty against me  . I was also programmed since early childhood to hide my emotions Since emotions were “shameful”...

Thank you for sharing about you growing up where emotions were something that you did not show.
I grew up in a dysfunctional family.... I try not to linger on that though we get along nicely now. (((((HUGS))))) bizi

I think it has to do with honesty. If we are dishonest with others or ourselves its almost like its a secret and the dishonesty makes us "sick"
