In order to achieve lasting recovery from the disorder from which I have been suffering, I must expand my spiritual life to stay healthy. This is a matter of life and death for me. This means that I do my utmost to straighten out my past. Part of my past has been you at this forum, the people here at PC.
I have behaved in a way that was more self centred than helpful. In future I will listen more and aim to be helpful where I can. I know this may seem a bit of a mystery to some people, here, who know me and some who dont, but its about what I have felt inside, and I'm going all out for my recovery at present, and cleaning up. All the best. riverX

RiverX. I don't know you but I do understand. I've made amends with people who didn't exactly remember being wronged by me. Good luck in your recovery.

Thanks for your positive responses, both of you. Its good to be understood on my mission. It may be nothing obvious, but its a deeper internal house cleaning I'm seeking this time.
Warmest, (its bloody freezin , and blowing a gale here tonight!). river
