Yeah, it's crazy (pardon the pun!). In my state, they are currently gathering signatures to put up a ballot measure to decriminalize peyote and psilocybin and maybe one or two more, not totally sure. It is interesting that some research does suggest a role possibly for some of these drugs in certain conditions.
