These are all the drugs that I've been addicted to. I'm currently only addicted to phenibut. I'm DONE getting high. DONE. I'm going to withdraw from the phenibut (A habit of one gram per day) and then I'm going to throw the rest away. This is the end of it. |

Des..you are taking all these drugs? Or were? That is crazy...you were worried about your Mom dying...I'm worried about you dying.
Where are you getting the Lorazepam? Which is the Ativan your Mom takes....and the Gabapentin? They are prescription drugs. I'm just worried...I ordered phenibut but never took it...I ordered it because i do not think that I am prescribed enough Ativan...but i never tried it...I am afraid of it and if I was to take it I was only going to take the 200mg dose.

I'm on double amount of phenibut (Beta-phenyl-GABA) per day because I was at my moms cancer compassion place and withdrawal made me feel no empathy so I took 2g a day to feel normal and said that I would taper down when I get home.
I'm home now and took an extra 2g today on top of 2g then smoked weed but I promised to myself that I would taper down starting tomorrow from 1.5g and then I'm done. I ordered another tub just in case. It's listed as a supplement though.. It's legal but I've never had withdrawal so depressing, insecure, apathetic, antisocial, dysphoric, etc before.. If worse comes to worst, I'll ask my doctor for baclofen (Beta-chlorophenyl-GABA) to withdraw. They use it to withdraw from alcohol. It's chlorinated phenibut. But I'm sure that it will be fine. I have confidence that it will be ok. |

get a scale and gel caps. lower 10 mg a day. sounds like a pain in the ***, but if your serious about getting off everything than just invest in a taper scale.

I do have a scale.
I tried to sleep from 1am-7am and I couldn't sleep because within 20 seconds of lying down, I had to sit back up again because I felt a tightness in my chest, then it would go away once I'm sitting up. I can't really feel my heart beating when this happens. I must have lied down and sit up 300 times last night. Now it's like this while I'm sitting up. It's really weird. I think I have high blood pressure from all the nicotine gum or something. I was going to go to the ER but I'll see my psychiatrist at noon so I'll tell her about it. It was high blood pressure that was wrong with me. But I'm sorting it out. My psychiatrist gave me ativan to lower it. My mom said to taper down on the phenibut and then everything will be ok... I'll take a seroquel and an ativan tonight then take 1g phenibut tomorrow. I wanted to go to the hospital but my sister calmed me down and then I slept for 5 hours. I plan on taking 100mg seroquel, 3 benzos and going to bed at midnight. |

1.1g phenibut. No high blood pressure. 1.5mg alprazolam, 100mg seroquel and 10mg melatonin put me to sleep last night. Good sleep.
Tomorrow will be 1g phenibut until Thursday January 9th which will be 500mg. I learned my lesson but at least I'm not like everyone else that takes 7-14g. One person was even taking 40g a day. I think the highest I've seen was 60g a day! Wtf!! Lol... People die at those doses. |

Took 900mg phenibut today! Tomorrow = 800mg!!
Blood pressure a bit high (140/77) so I decided not to finish my large coffee. Might have to take a benzo tonight but I lowered it from 1mg Xanax to tonight which will be 0.5mg Xanax. The Xanax saved me from severe hypertension of being tolerant to almost 2000mg phenibut. I've learned my lesson.. When the 7 benzos were kicking in, my watch ECG showed irregularities.. I told my sister that "I'm going to the ER" but she calmed me down.. She's very good with my mental health and she's thinking of being a psych nurse. I think she will be very good at it =] |

Got down to 400mg of phenibut today by decreasing by 100mg a day from 1.1g a day from 1.5-2g a day. I've been taking 1mg of Xanax every night for 2 weeks.
I tried to sleep without a 1mg Xanax and I couldn't. So I took 1.5g of phenibut. I'd rather be addicted to phenibut than xanax. I'm not going to take phenibut tomorrow morning and instead take 500-600mg of phenibut at tomorrow night to sleep. I don't think I'm going to take any more Xanax. |

Down to 800mg phenibut. I'll try to just take 0.5mg Xanax every night for a week until I'm at 100mg phenibut then take 0.5mg Xanax every second night for a week and then stop.

Baclofen is a prescription medication that is used - Like benzos, to help people withdraw from alcohol but can be used for phenibut withdrawal. Baclofen is also used as a muscle relaxant for treatment of muscle spasticity. Phenibut is a prescription medication in Russia (Cosmonauts used it to help with anxiety in space) at 250mg-500mg 3x a day. Many people often getting so addicted to phenibut that they take 10-15-20-25 or even 30 grams a day. |
