I've only done this for Klonopin and it took months, but I was inpatient at the time. Good for you for taking this brave step!!
Take as long as you need, that seems to be what all teh experts say. It is not a quick process. I hate benzos. I had a dear friend basically killed by his nurse practitioner due to an unintentional multiple benzo overdose--while he was in the hospital!!!! People just do not appreciate how dangerous even Valium and Ativan can be. Make no mistake, they can kill. Particularly, if you are on other sedating meds, which most of us are. It's been 4 days without alprazolam but now I'm back on the phenibut..
At least phenibut isn't as bad |
