Possible trigger:
so I don't know if that could have caused it or if this is just anxiety;
Should I do something about this to make sure im fine or just ignore it and go to bed? Everyone at home is sleeping and my seroquel should make me sleep soon enough too.

Panic attacks can mimic a heart attack. But its always safe and a good idea to go to the ER and have a Dr. check you out if you are having symptoms.
