I am 48. I am severely addicted to alcohol and cigarettes. I use it for my extreme anxiety and hopelessness. I cannot function. I dread the future and feel constant impending doom. I have no life whatsoever. I know I should stop drinking and smoking but I have nothing else to keep me busy and it is impossible for me to do anything anymore. 😔

Thanks for sharing your concerns. I hope that, in some way, you will be able to find a path to a better future.
