I was previously drinking and taking prescription drugs. I wasn't hard core but it was bad enough that I needed to drink every day. Sometimes I would take prescription drugs as well but not as frequent. I slowly feel myself going back into the drinking. the drinking takes all my fears, worries, stress....etc away. I don't want to feel because I have to keep working and caring for my son. I'm not in therapy anymore ( I was for over 10 years) for many things and they helped me get back on track however life has been too messy again.

Addiction is tough. People who have never suffered addiction have no idea what it is like. Wish I knew what to say that would be helpful to you. I am a fellow struggler and just take things one day at a time. Sorry that I don't know how to be helpful.
