My gym is right next to the liquior store and I got so bad I bought a 4 pack spritzer, downed one in the car, the next in the tanning bed. Did my work out. Who was I fooling then I would down the third on the way home. Now that I'm sober that gym is the biggest trigger I have.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I can definitely identify with you. Nowadays I have to take it one day at a time. I hope you will be okay! Wish I knew what else to say but I am not very wise.

Would it be possible for you to work out at home for a while? There are a lot of videos on youtube.

Or switch gyms if you absolutely need to workout at a gym. I would avoid all triggers if possible until you feel a bit more steady with your sobriety and figure out how to handle such triggers.
