If I can do it so can you. I am a comorbid addict. I treat my dual diagnosis with daily treatment practices; DBT, online support, a big assortment of "recovery tools" like grounding, meditation, urge surfing, breathing exercises, a treatment action plan, social, and outings for fun. Zen/Buddhism is my religion of kindness.

It all is working. My mood is fantastic, I have greater reliance when times get rough. A positive outlook with hope, confidence, courage, and strengths I never had before recovery. My truth is sorrow is now avoidable and happiness is attained. ODAT KISS It's the first drink that got me drunk. I won't pick up that 1 drink ever again. I have stopped drugging/drinking and I will never go back again to my past life of endless sadness and suffering.
