well guys, i guess today is my 30th day clean. i've made it 30 days-barely-but nevertheless, have made it. sick thing is that waking up this morning i've experienced some of the worst cravings in a while.

Hey mel4 congrats on making 30 days, you should be REAL proud of yourself. And your cravings may be bad this morning but you know you CAN make it coz you've made it this far! Hang in there and keep it up!!! We're all here for you, you're NOT alone.
