I just took 3 mg Clonazepam and 1 shot of hard alcohol. Not my proudest moment but considering some of my other alternatives, not the worst thing I could have done either. Any thoughts?

Good Morning Tumnus...

Events are definned by context.

Is this a one time situation?

Why did you do it?

What is the basis of your shame?

You are the only person who can define the context of any moment. If you feel a problem exists than one probably does. Without your definition,,then repeated consistent events will allow observers to define it for you.

With Care,

Lenny

i can only reply based on what i was told by a pdoc. benzos-clona is one- and booze are a chancy risk. the benzo-(clona.) magnifies the booze and vice versa. so it's not really a "shot" because it's enhanced by the clona. and the clona is enhanced by the "shot".
hope this helps. i'm curious tho why you asked the question. is this because you have done this more than once? do you have a concern about doing this?

...it might just help you realize that messing with stuff can do strange things to us...I've done it myself.
I'm sincerely glad you are alive.
