I have been in and out of therapy most of my adult life. I finally found a great psychologist. She has been helping me work through my co-dependency issues. I have made great progress until this Covid-19 issue. Now I’m falling into old habits with my alcoholic roommate. Before the lockdown, I could always go somewhere to escape. But now I’m trapped! My therapist and I have been reviewing my coping skills and I’m spending more time isolated in my bedroom.

Well, thanks for letting me vent! Stay healthy!
