I am recovering from anorexia and I have been doing pretty well for like 2 months or so and now I'm feeling totally triggered to go back to my old ways. I've been trying to lose weight and be healthier again the past 2 weeks (by actually eating healthy and exercising), but it'a so difficult to just eat healthy and exercise healthily and not end up cutting more and more calories and exercising more and more. But I've been having unrelated health problems amd other than that my life is finally going well and if I relapse everything good will go to ****. The things with eating disorders is that you are always "in recovery"(for me anyways) because it is something that you have to deal with always, food amd exercise that is.

FreedomFighter, I am sure that would be hard. Are you under the care of a doctor--and are you seeing a therapist to help you? If not, then I suggest you do that. Support is important.
