I get in a really bad habit at times of if I feel moody or depressed enough I just don't eat food like I know I ought to.

its a screwed up form of self harming myself that also ties into my eating disorder.

I really need to crack down on my self and make sure I am not doing dumb things that could be potentially hurting myself....

which is why when I woke up today and noticed my weight looks like its dropped again I am going to make sure I keep a good eye on it...and try really hard to start eating more and correcting this bad habit into a better one before it goes too far.
