All through my teens i struggled with an eating disorder. I fear it is coming back. I look at myself and I just see a person that is fat. I don't want it to come back, but it doesn't help that my own family members tell me I am fat. I just don't know what to do.

Hello, sprite8280. Eating disorders are serious issues. The comments of your family are not helpful.

This article may be useful:

Psych Central - All About Eating Disorders (Including Anorexia and Bulimia)

When was the last time you had a physical? Having a physical can head off potential health problems that may be part of the issue you face. You might also ask to be referred to a nutritionist if your doctor thinks it would be beneficial.

I wish you well.
Thanks for this!
