My roommate is going through several packages of laxatives, cleansing, and weight loss products every month, wears kids skinny jeans with an inseam of 32 inches, told me she has a history of anorexia once bad enough to bring on dementia, is always in a bad mood, skin looks terrible...

Is there any way to know how much help she needs and if or when I should do something to help her? What could I do?

EDIT: I forgot I made a similar post a couple months ago. My roommate is no longer a student. Not sure who I can report this to now.
